green/red tea in soap

Hi
how do i add green/red tea into cp soap and still keep the green or red colour?

i've tried making it with lye and it goes brown.. what is the trick??

As far as I know, tea goes brown over time anyway.
Try mica's and pigments from http://www.tkbtrading.com/ for bright and lasting colors.

I make a lot of tea soaps and you will never be able to keep the color. Do as ldagmar88 suggest and add pigments or mica's for your color.

will order some colours for my soaps.. to colour m&p soap - do i just use oxides?

For MP soaps you can use oxides, ultramarines or micas.
