Great Business Venture for College Student

I was telling a coworker today about the wonders of soap making when me made an awesome suggestion. He asked if I planned to start a side business to which I said "my job is more than enough." Then he suggested that I get my college student kids to start the business (with my help). They could make some college spending $$$, learn about starting/running a business with very little start-up cost and what better way for a young person to flesh out a resume than to say "I started my own business?" Is it just me, or is that brilliant? I should give that guy a raise!:-o
