going through gel

I caught my soap going through gel. I'm sharing this pic for the curious, since gel vs non gel is discussed often on here. This soap is 100% coconut, unscented uncolored laundry bars. my soaping temp was around 120. The pic was taken about 10 after the pour.

where you going for gel or did it just happen ?

I didn't take any steps to prevent it. Just left it sitting out @ room temp.
