Lovely Lyn , I did a kumquat from NCS and smells wonderful, mine was in orange and white.
The stamp was made by Richard and here is his link, he is based in Taiwan and I have at least 15 of his stamps :0) Great to deal with and never any problems with my parcels. He does sometimes pop up on the forum as well. Here is the link to his site, he is also on Etsy but has limited listings there
