I'd love to know how numbers 3 and 4 turned out. Pictures would be great too.

This is recipe #4 that I made on Saturday. I love it so far, the only additive I used is a little bit of french green clay, which you can't see the difference, I used 1 tsp for an 18oz batch of oil so maybe I didn't use enough. Anyway, I am really happy with it, I hope it works for my friend.

Ooooh...that is perfectly lovely! If I make a classic plain jane, will you come over and put that graceful swirl on top for me???

Haha of course! Its my lazy top, I started doing it b/c I didn't know what else to do with the top when I first started making soap.
 
Such lovely and elegant soap! The top is so beautiful. I love colors, but this reminds me how classicly beautiful something clean and simple can be.
 
How do you swirl the top? Soooo nicee

I just use a chop stick and do circular swirling motion all down one side, across the bottom and back up the other side. I usually do this from the time I first pour the batter until it starts to thicken and then stop when I get the swirls I like.
