At the recommendation of @Johnez I placed an order with them on 11/16, and my package was delivered this morning.

Item prices were comparable to other vendors, and shipping prices were "reasonable" - as defined by today's standards.

Everything was well-packed, with no leaks and no excess packaging, either. I'll definitely order from them again!

I have a soaping buddy in AZ who ordered from them since "forever" until she retired. There was a guy on staff who helped her to formulate products -- whatever she had in mind. They got to be good friends. I hope you can develop a similar relationship. Knowing someone behind the scenes who knows the product line can be invaluable over time.

I really enjoy ordering from FWNL, the sample stuff they let you pick out is pretty neato. Considering ordering a whole gallon of glycerin even though I just got 2 bottles from WSP. I just can't believe the cost for it, honestly it looks like an error. They even offer palm free glycerin as well, though that comes at a hefty price in comparison.
