Hard to say. Freezing a fat does lengthen its shelf life, but any fat will eventually go rancid even in the freezer.
The degree of saturation of fatty acids in the fat and the starting purity and quality of the fat will affect that answer, among other things.
So, for example, hemp oil (highly polyunsaturated) will go rancid a lot faster than coconut oil (more saturated) even in the freezer.
