Frankincense EO in CP Soap

Hello, does anyone know what the best % is to use for a medium strong scent please? Also does the scent last in soap? I have the Indian Serrata one. Thanks for any help.

It seems it can be used up to 5% for strong scent, per eocalc, 4% for the level before that. They calculate it with the carterii variety though.
