Does Fragrance weight change the amount of water I should add?

I think the others will chime in here, but I always count it as an additive, like oatmeal or colorant, and I use the full amount of water the recipe calls for.

Additive - I don't take it from my water....

I decided to use a little less water when using more scent but I don't know that it makes much difference unless you have an accelerating scent and then you wouldn't want to lessen the water or sometimes disaster strikes.
