Fragrance difference in milk vs. non milk soaps

Since I am a hobbyist soaper I usually order fo in quantities for only 1 batch, but since I LOVE the fo Black Raspberry Vanilla, I ordered a big bottle. I have soaped this same fo in a goatsmilk soap recipe and also in a veggie (olive, coconut, and castor) and the fragrance after cure seems to be very different between the soaps. So different that my hubby thought I had used another fo entirely! Both smelled good, but different. Do you think that it was the goatsmilk that made the fo in the soap smell different between the batches? The veggie was insulated and the goatsmilk was not. I used canned goatsmilk. Any thoughts? I know that canned goatsmilk turns the soap a darker tan but I didn't expect a change in scent.

Yes I have noticed a change in scent in milk and non milk soaps. Not terrible or anything, but definitely different.
