Okay I know this isn't the soap scent review board, but things aren't very active over there so I'm hoping to start up similar threads here to helps those like me out that are grabbing FO's by the seat of their pants. Thus far I'm 0/2 on FO's that stick around very well. I got Rosemary Mint EO/FO blend and Spearmint Eucalyptus FO from WSP and both faded significantly (Spearmint Eucalyptus more than RM). What FO's have you used that have stuck around reasonably well after cure. Supplier and ID is really all that is needed.

Really, those faded for you? I've used both of those & to me they're really strong and stuck really well. The scent really burst through when we used them. Although, the eucalyptus spearmint is more spearmint than eucalyptus.
Did you use them in CP, HP or MP? Also, how much did you use?

CP for all soaps. For the rosemary mint, I did about 0.5 oz/lb. For the eucalyptus spearmint, I was closer to 1 oz/lb. Totally agree that the ES is more spearmint than eucalyptus (another issue I have with the scent). I tried my first bar of the ES last night in the shower and very little scent came through. Perhaps I'm just a jinx :).

Oops, just checked my notebook. It wasn't the rosemary mint eo/fo blend I used, it was their Revitalizing Rosemary Mint.

For the Eucalyptus Spearmint, I used it at 5%, which is right below their suggested usage rate.

So I should have had no issues with the ES. Hmmm, I'll give it a bit more time and see if it comes back during use.

If you meant that you use the Eucalyptus Spearmint FO from WSP that is here http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.co...ce™+Eucalyptus+&+Spearmint*+Fragrance+Oil+453 then yes, it is more on the sweeter spearmint side because that's how B&BW's smells, heavier on the spearmint than the eucalyptus.

If you want a heavier on the eucalyptus version, try NG's. Or I think I still have a scrapings patty of the Eucalyptus & Spearmint that I did of theirs. If you PM me your address, I'll pop it in the mail to you so you can judge the scent. I don't think its grabbed its lavender neighbor's scent yet LOL
