Lemongrass Coconut-Olive. The embeds were from an unscented batch I made about ten days ago. I didn't gel, and when I went to cut, some of the balls came loose. I CPOPed 48 hours after the pour to try to gel retroactively and see if that helped them to stick. It did, but now the bars are strangely mottled. They were nice and creamy before the CPOP, but now the balls are more secure. Hm.

They turned out awesome! I think the marbling just adds to the look. I do gel mine when I do embeds. I forgot to mention that sorry. I don't know if it really helps but I feel like it does. I'm loving the white and yellow combo  Did you add TD to the white or is that just a really lovely white soap you made?

I've used older embeds (balls, chunks etc) but I always gel the batch. I've only had one batch where they didn't stick as well as I would have liked them to. Yours turned out nice. The mottled look probably came from your CPOPing them, they may have overheated a bit.

Yep, agree with others, mottling can be a blessing in disguise sometimes. In yer case, it adds an interesting look to yer soaps. I'm having a lot of issues with overheating lately, gotta really watch it after i pour the soap to the mold (esp since i always use quite a lot of TD, and some FOs/additives are notorious heaters).

The mottling is just stearic acid streaks which do no harm. Yellow and white is a favorite combo but my yellows don't come out as nicely as yours and the white balls as so perfectly beautifully white!!! Talk about pure looking.

Glycerin rivers are cool if you ask me! Proof that your bars are packed full that skin loving glycerin that commercial bars do not have. Thumbs up!
