I have used WSP for quite a while and am still pretty happy with them. I have however, lately been subbing some of their FOs with other suppliers because of significant increases.

I love Bramble Berry and Elements but order most of my oils from Columbus. I just ordered from Ingredients to Die For. Anyone else use them? Not a fan of their web site but they do have some really cool stuff.

supplies

I get my supplies from BB,candle sience, whole sale....I live 20 minutes from Columbus food, but have to yet to more soaping to get bulk stuff,
I buy lye at Menards right around the corner, was sooo happy when I saw it on their shelf. But always looking for new suppliers myself....

I like Camden-Grey, Organic Creations, and the place that I found has the best quality and biggest selections of Essential Oils is Essential oil University and they give you free samples of just about any thing you want with each order. They will also do private label and drop ship for you.

So far I've only purchased from Brambleberry, but the customer service is SUPERB! Last November, I noticed that a fragrance I REALLY wanted always seemed to be out of stock, so I contacted customer service and asked when the next shipment would be, and if they had any advice on how to order to be sure I got in before it sold out again. The service rep emailed me the MOMENT it was available in stock. I did this again with another fragrance... she told me she would keep an eye on it for me, and again emailed me right when they had it available.

That's the biggest reason that I've only ordered from them. Customer service goes a long way with me. Plus it really is a good product.

Lye, though, I order from essential depot. Much cheaper, and it comes well packaged and in a form that dissolves easily.

.

That's really good customer service

I like WSP a lot because of the simplicity of the pricing (I know they add the shipping into the price of the product, but often, it's still a good price). I also like Mountain Rose Herbs for the exotic stuff and I get my lye from Essential Depot.

I ordered from them for the first time last month because I was in need of items to make my first syndet bars. Was pleased that they shipped so quickly and will be ordering from them again in the near future.

Thats good to hear. I was also looking to order from them.

I think I'll get my oils from Columbus Foods (Soaper's choice), my lye from essential depot, and I'll be trying out Wellington's FOs and EOs because they have such great prices and a HUGE selection. And I other things I will order from Ingredients to die for. :)

Just to pop in for a minute - but I remember a lot of talk from around a year back about Wellington's FOs; they didn't hold up. Everyone raved about the prices and selections too.
I haven't tried them so I don't really know - I'm just saying not to go overboard until you see how they hold up for you.

That's what I heard as well after browsing the forums a bit before I registered as a member. But I had already bought a TON of samples from them before I saw what others were saying. I've tested their FO's in some melt and pour and so far so good, but I know CP is way different because of the PH and stuff and the chemical reactions with the lye. So I'm just hoping when I get to make my first CP batch with their FO's it will turn out okay like my melt and pour had. I REALLY hope they are okay because of how much I bought from them. I bought them recently so hopefully they changed their formulas or something since. I'll let others know what I end up with when I use them.

So far have ordered lye from AAA and some other stuff from MMS so far happy with what I have gotten.

favored....

It is so hard to order for me, so many good suppliers, I compare myself to insanity to find the best prices on things and shipping etc...
