My post was a little off-topic, about soap made with one oil only - unrelated to facial soap per se. But I get your point distinguishing the two, someone may get confused while reading the thread.

Actually, I'm one of those who like high CO soap and use 25% of it in my regular recipes. I have oily skin and it feels good and not drying to me - but I agree that there are no 2 people with the same type of skin
I use CO at 25% in my regular recipe as well, with shea butter and GM along with other basic oils. I use it on my face every single day and get comments all the time on my ‘beautiful’ skin. Just did a market this past weekend and actually sold soap to a couple ladies based on how my skin looks! So it’s definitely true that everyone’s skin is different and can tolerate different percentages of CO.

Absolutely. I'm yet to experience what people call 'drying' or 'harsh'. Even when I was still experimenting and my %'s were all over the place, I was not able to get even close to what that feels like - I guess all types of soap work for me

Lucky you! I believe genetics plays a major role in that. Of course, diet and lifestyle factor in, as well, but most folks that I know with good skin are able to use a much wider variety of cleansers and lotions, and eat a wider variety of foods, than those of us who have more sensitive or reactive skin. :)

I just figured out the linking thing! Well, I think I did…. When looking at the message you want to link, at the top of that message there is a date and/or time the message was sent. To the right is a little triangle with circles on the tips. Click on that and paste it in the message to link. 🤞🏻
I see you have already linked the post but maybe this will help for future use.

Just to clarify, for the EO blend what percent ppo?
Sorry, I don't quite understand. I'm still learning the acronyms
