My name is Long, and I'm new to this forum – and relatively new to the world of aromatherapy! I'm joining from Vietnam, where I'm currently a high school student (almost finished – so close to graduation!).
To be honest, the last couple of years have been incredibly stressful. Between the intense pressure to get good grades, prepare for university entrance exams, and just deal with all the usual teenage stuff, I've been feeling completely overwhelmed. I've been having trouble sleeping, my concentration has been terrible, and I've even started experiencing stress-related headaches and stomach issues.
I've been looking for natural ways to manage my stress and anxiety, and that's how I stumbled upon aromatherapy. I've read so much about the potential benefits of essential oils for relaxation, focus, and overall well-being, and I'm really eager to learn more.
I'm particularly interested in:
Essential oils for stress relief and relaxation: Lavender, chamomile, and sandalwood seem to be popular choices, but I'd love to hear your personal experiences.
Essential oils for improving focus and concentration: I've heard that rosemary, peppermint, and lemon can be helpful.
