Essential Oils

We have tried FOs up till now in our soaps, but they're so unpredictable. I'm thinking I will like the creative freedom and definite characteristics of the different essential oils. What, if I may ask, have you found to be the most cost efficient source for EOs? As far as I can tell, it's worth the difference to suck up the price. Is there a comprehensive list or something similar for different oils and their properties and reactions in one place on the web? Sorry if this is a redundant question for some, I haven't really used EOs at all.

I love New Directions -

Just remember keep your EO's beneath 3% as they are a therapeutic ingredient and for some people are actually therapeutic at 1.5% ;-)
