With most eo's, 3% is a good rule of thumb.

But Sweet Orange EO fades, so you'll want to use something with it to get it to stick, like maybe a little litsea cubeba.

For the vanilla, most vanillas fade in CP (even vanilla fo's), what kind of vanilla do you have Oleoresin or Absolute?

Also, Brambleberry & The Sage have fragrance/eo calculators on their websites that might help you a bit as well.

This should smell like a creamsicle, very nice!

However, I don't think vanilla EO exists. Vanilla absolute, and vanillin in granular forms exist. They are not soluble in oils, just alcohol. If you found a vanilla EO tell me where, I want some!

If I was going to do this on my 2 lb loaves (standard size for me) I would use 2 tablespoons orange EO 5x and 1 tablespoon vanilla FO. YMMV.
