EO for lightening the skin

I checked the chart, but didn't find it. I was just wondering.
Does anyone know what EO or Carrier Oil whiten or lighten the skin?
My best friend gave me project and now I'm determined to figure out how to make a whitening soap without chemicals. LOL!

I know that in mexico they sell this brand "grisi" and their shampoo has chamomile, and that shampoo is used to lighten the hair. So maybe chamomile? Or lemon also can lighten the skin.. Or lime.

Bearberry extract is used in many skin lightening products, so are Kojic Acid, Licorice Root extract.
