I have been searching for a good emulsified salt scrub recipe.

Does anyone have one they can share? And what is a good emulsifier to use?

I used a Trader Joe's salt scrub which was awesome....and I'd like to try it.

Here's one from Aussie soap supplies...

Phase A
464g Raw Sugar (58%)
80g Pink Spa Minerals (10%)**Can substitute Clay/Spa Minerals of Choice

Phase B
28g Emulsifying Wax NF (3.5%)
20g Cetyl Stearyl Alcohol (2.5%)
80g Macadamia or Almond Oil(10%)
40g Fractionated Coconut Oil (5%)
68g Shea Butter (8.5%)

Phase C
7g Phenoserve or Germall Plus Liquid (Preservative) (0.8%)
Up to 13g of a Blend of Valencia Orange and Cinnamon Essential Oils (just a touch) and Vanilla Select Fragrant Oil(1.7%)

Method

1. Combine Phase B ingredients in a Pyrex Jug and melt in the Microwave (or a Bain Marie or double boiler) and gently heat until all ingredients are liquid
2. Mix Phase A ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir to combine
3. Pour the hot, liquified Phase B ingredients into the mixing bowl and stir through well
4. Now add the Essential Oils and Fragrant Oils, and Preservative and stir to combine well
5. During the cool down period, stir periodically to make sure the mixture stays like breadcrumbs and doesn't lump
6. Now pot up!
