E-wax or Polysorbate 80 in Emulsified Scrubs

I just made my first emulsified sugar scrub & am wondering. I used E-wax, but I've seen some formulas that use Polysorbate 80.

Which do you use & why?

I do not make those yet though I have some ewax wanted to play around making some lotions but I need to get some stearic acid and preservative and a testing I go! LOL

Yes, now that I have the ewax & stearic, all I need is some purified water & I can start making lotion & "a testing I will go", also.
