Well it seems that the only soap I've made that doesn't dry out my skin was with 3oz cocoa butter(so expensive) and a 15%super-fat(too soft). Maybe i just have ultra sensitive skin I dont use clays anymore since some of them feel drying. I dont want to break the bank but also dont want to be dry as the deserts. Any advice for my base recipe?

Have you tried using lard?
 
Shea butter is another option, although high-shea soaps need a long cure. Are you able to use avocado oil, and any coconut oil at all? If so, what about:

40-45% shea butter
40% avocado oil
10-15% coconut oil
5% castor oil
