whats the difference between CP soap and castile soap?

Actually no. CP is "cold process soap"
CP soap can be any recipe you like such as 100% olive oil (castile) or 100% coconut oil, or a mixture of olive, coconut, palm and grapeseed etc.... The recipe can be almost anything. CP is just the method by which you turn the oils into soap
