deo tubes -HELP

Does anyone have a dozen deo tubes they can mail to me quick? I am in TX.

I have an order placed w/ a company I have sworn 2x before to NEVER order from again.... but I did & I have gotten screwed again. 3 out of 3 orders in 5 years. I keep ordering every couple years thinking surely she has gotten her act together by now. Her website says 1-3 days turn over, it's been 8 (6 just counting biz days) and my status is *non shipped*. All I get is an automated response when I email. Her biz phone is not in service. I am SO steamed.

I guess I should mention the tubes I use are white ovals, 2.5oz or larger.

I don't have any anymore being that I used them up! I know that doesn't help but the company you ordered from (I think I know) is fairly quick for me not sure why that might be. Have you tried elements I know you need them fast but....

I have 4 customers waiting for orders. I emailed them all, 2 have written back it's worth the wait. Hopefully the other 2 are not upset with me. If I lose customers because I gave a company a 3rd chance I am really going to be mad. probably not at her as much as at myself for being a sucker.

I left another email & another phone message today.... still nothing... still *unshipped*.

I tried to ordr more from Lavender Lane today, but I do not see them on that website. Did they disco them?

OK, I can't count on my order arriving anytime soon. Plan B.

I emailed Lavender Lane to ask if she had any tubes instock. W/i an hour she returned my email. I wrote her back I was in a bind & in less than an hour she phoned me & is ready to ship in the morning. Now that is above & beyond, customer service! I know not everyone sits at their computer all day, but this supplier has saved my fanny with no less than 4 of my regular customers. I will order again & again from her & can't say enough!

Wow that is beyond awesome tab! Glad to know you found someone to go above and beyond and realize that customers are the most important thing to your business. I don't think I'll be ordering from the "other" supplier any time soon LOL
