I just got an email from a mother of a friend of my 11 yr old daughter. It says,

"Hi. I'm ******'s mom at your daughter's school. I met your daughter at the Secret Santa Shop at the school and she told me to email you. I've been making soap, lotion, lip balms, bath salts and bath bombs for about 6 months now and just recently started selling them.
I think I may have jumped in to soon, since I'm embarrassed to say that your daughter explained to me that I was not following the regulations correctly. I wasn't aware that I couldn't say that my lip balm and lotion have healing oils and butters and that I needed to list all the ingredients on my labels.
I hope I'm not overstepping by asking if you could give me some tips and point me in the right direction of where I can find information on running my business.
Thanks, ***********"

LOL She is definitely my child. I see a career as an FDA officer in her future.

P.S. I did agree to help the woman & gave her the link for SMF :)

Out of the mouths of babes!
I'm glad the lady was humble enough to contact you, and that you were understanding and generous enough to help her out
