Debating Cupcake soaps

Ok. I would like to make some cupcake soaps, and I'm planning to make some CP ones, but I wondered if there is a way to make the frosting from M&P or if it has to have the foaming soap in it.

I hope that question makes sense - its a bit late and I'm not sure I am!

I use my same batch of CP for the frosting. I just wait for it to thicken up to a piping consistency. Unless my FO misbehaves a lot, I'e never had a problem with it.
