Custom MP Manufacturing?

Hi, I was curious how many people make their own bases and if they find it cost effcient over commercial brands. I grabbed the 'How to make MP bases' book and it's straightforward and easy enough. Just curious if it's worthwhile and how good the bases are. My goal is to have a decorative fragance line along with my CP stuff - I have some pretty wild ideas.

Also, I'm curious if anyone knows of any small chemcial manufacturers - Ontario only please - that would produce small(ish) batches of custom/private label M&P soap bases. I've called a few comapnies but it's all huge order stuff - e.g. 5000lbs minimum, lol.

i make and sell my own bases. the reason for this is because mp base is a rarity where i live, and the one supplier i've managed to found did not impress me at all.

i don't think it's cost effective. had i live in the US, i would be buying these bases in bulk. i heard SFIC ones are good.

I make my own M&P bases and I also buy some. I can buy the more exotic bases cheaper than I can make them.
