I used Jan Berry’s Creamy Avocado Soap recipe for a New Year’s batch of soap. I allowed the oval soap to ho through gel, but prevented it with the others.

Very nice. I really like the color of the ungelled soaps. I hope you will post back on how the color changes as the soap cures, especially the gelled vs. ungelled effect, if any. I bought Jan Berry’s book not too long ago. She has some nice recipes, but I mostly bought it because she provides good pictures of natural colorant test soaps annotated with the various methods she uses to prepare and add each colorant.
