CP soap rocks!!

I just used my 1 week old cocoa cp soap this am. for the first time! I have never used homemade soap other than m&p kind. The m&p soap I made did not lather and seemed to not glide like a soap should.
Anywho............I love my cp soap so much and this is only 1 week after making it. I kept touching my arms all the way to work today because they feel so soft. I also smell a scent of cocoa on my skin, I did olive, canola, coconut and crisco with no scent other than cocoa.
I cant believe how much I love this soap! I was expecting great results after reading all of the posts on here, but the lather, moisturizing and cleansing ability of this soap has AMAZED me.

You have to cut soon after pouring or they get to hard to cut and crumble.

I love grapeseed oil in soap or just OCM. It makes a great massage oil too.

did you say you used your cp after one wk? didnt you cure it? or ami missing something?

I cured it for one week and just couldnt wait :? I would NEVER give any to friends or family for testing until the 4-6 week period of curing is up though.

there's been many a time i couldn't wait to try one of my soaps-a week is fine. just think, in a few more weeks how much better it will be!

this will give you a good basis for comparison on how soap gets better as it cures.

Thank you all for the congrats it feels great to make cp soap. Yes that is my german shepherd, his name is Fritz and he is almost 3 yr old. He weighs almost 100 lb. he is the best dog I have ever had. I always had little dogs that stayed little. I wouldnt go without a german shepherd now. He is my baby
