CP colorant

This may sound like a stupid question but is there a formula for how much colorant per pound of oils? I'm using neon powdered colorant. Seems like I've heard or read a ratio somewhere before but all I can find now is add until you get the desired color...

personally, i rather rely on my eyes. when i see the color i want, that's when it's enough for me.
