You're going to need to use a non-bleeding colorant. Most non-water soluble colorants are non-bleeding. Like mica, oxides or ultramarines.
Since you're not in the US, I'm not sure where you can find non bleeding colourants overseas
I'd just call or email your supplier and ask them if they have any non bleeding colournts.
You might want to check out a company by the website: http://www.tkbtrading.com they are located in the USA, but may ship to your destination. They have: micas, liquid micas,ultramarines,oxides. On every color they have a detail box that you click,where it says "MORE DETAILS" and there's a screen that pops up and tells you if the color is non-bleeding or bleeding and stable or non-stable. You can also ask them, they are very helpful and will try to help.
