I saw the nicest pink sugar soap online. A portion was taken out and colored with pink neon pigment and fragrance was added to the main batch only. The pink soap was the frosting on top of the loaf, slightly swirled down into the brown. I would love to find the equivalent of a neon pink, nonbleeding colorant. In Canada, only cosmetic colors may be used in soap because soap is considered a cosmetic. Bummer.
