Very nice! What did it FEEL like when you used it? What properties did it have, and did it stain the washcloth? (a-very-concerned-about-this-aspect-Newbie)

I really like coffee soap. Did you put ground it in? IT's very pretty!

I tried a pencil line with finely ground. Its hard to see though since the soap is so dark.

I just cut it yesterday, so I'm just speculating...I'm guessing it could stain. It is VERY dark. As far as properties, I've heard it makes a good kitchen soap as it helps remove odors. This is only my second time making it and the first time it was my second batch ever. I'm curious how I'll like it!

I've purchased coffee soap before to use as a kitchen soap, and from what I remember, brown bled into the sink, but I don't remember it staining. however, the soap I bought wasn't nearly as dark as yours.

I made mine as a hand scrubbing soap. I used a quite a lot of grounds in mine and very strong coffee. Yes, it did run brown in my dirty hands, no staining though:smile:
However in my husband (o so much dirtier) hands you could not determine the coffee "brown" because of the working man "black"!

Good Luck - Nice Soap!
That's awesome because the Coffee Grounds are known to provide Exfoliation
So looks like you have two benefits in using your coffee soap!

Jenn H I've been wanting to ask: Is that a Staffy wearing sunglasses?

That's Bruce! He's boston terrier/pug mix. I got him Doggles so he could stick his head out of the window in the car. But no matter what, once we hit 35 he's back in so I haven't made him wear them in a while.
