Well here it is, it doesn't stink anymore but I can't really tell what it smells like. The kiddo says brownies. I can smell a hint of coffee and a hint of vanilla. It's scented with Tahitian Vanilla.

This picture is a little dark and the second one, you can see the ash. I didn't cover it after I poured.

(LOL ignore the crabgrass and daffodil!!!!!!)

Great Color! Love the big chunks of soap. You're making me want to make a cup of java right now!

Looks great ! I've been dying to do coffee soap all week...Now I am really inspired :)

Rosey I LOVE that soap, look fantastic and I also love the chunky shaped bars! Well done!

Ooo...that is so nice....w the smell and the coffee, I just want to eat it!!! lol

My coffee mocha bars also have ash, but I think it looks great, make it look more like capacino and the bars themselves get better and better, that first really weird smell of burning goes and they are soooo smooth and soft.

x

love the "chunky" bars!

definitely looks like a cuppa "jo! :D

nice even cutting, too!

you must have a very steady hand!

I bought a wire cutter :) I love that thing but even with it there is some play and you can get a non straight cut (argh). I used one of those target silicone loaf molds and only filled it about 2/3rd of the way and it did make nice chunky bars. I haven't used it yet, I'm letting it cure some more, it was still sticky when I cut it. I made it with over 60 conditioning hopefully to offset the coffee grounds.

I am loving that dark color.
