cocount and palm

I have done something pretty dumb.......I froze my cocount oil and my palm oil, well the labels that I had marked on them fell off!!! Now I can't tell the difference between them, any ideas???

taste 'em! That is one way you can do it! I can usually tell mine appart, but recently I bought a new kind of palm oil... so I tasted them and I can tell by taste. is your palm oil Japanese? Japenese palm oil is more gritty.
