cocamidopropyl betaine powder

I have been looking for cocamidopropyl betaine powder or noodles but have mostly come across liquid form, I found a few powder forms on Alibaba but they don't look like surfactants.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get it in powder form like you would SCI or SLS?

I've only ever seen it as a liquid.

Generally it is only available as a 30% active liquid although some companies offer higher active concentration than the standard 30% grade.

I did find one product on the UL Prospector site (https://www.ulprospector.com/en/asia/PersonalCare/Detail/3405/548168/TC-CAB-97) that claims to sell the powder but I couldn't see it on the Tinci website.
