My son has been invited to sell at a fair so he offered to display some of my cigar box soaps for sale. Here is one example.

That looks amazing. I want a closer look so it's doing what it's meant to do. Would totally stop me in my tracks.

That's a cool idea. How many soaps will fit in each cigar box? Like Derpina says, it gets your attention which should be a great for sales.

Nice details. The decorative edge on the wrappers are precious. I've always had a thing for cigar boxes. Other than the box, what makes them cigar box soaps?

This was a deep box, so there are seven soaps in it. Other boxes are more narrow and not as deep. Nothing besides the cigar box is unique. I am also putting together some candy box soaps for my etsy shop. I am collecting and covering Whitman Sampler boxes using decoupage and scrapbooking paper. I will give these a feminine touch and offer soap cupcakes and spa bars with these.

Thank you so much! Cigar boxes are a great idea! I am planning to make gift sets of soap for the family but couldn't find any boxes or baskets around that weren't expensive. I am going to the cigar store this weekend to see what they have!

I found mine at antique malls and second hand stores.

this is great idea, i admire people who have the talent to create displays like this. I hope you do well at the sales!

Go to your local smoke shop (my "local" shop is 70 miles away ... sigh) and ask about obtaining their empty cigar boxes. In my experience, some shops will give the empties away, first come first served, or will charge just a few dollars per box. Nice idea!

Clever idea, i esp like what you did for the packaging, the ruffles on the wrappers.
