I ordered a bunch of 1oz sample FO from Bittercreek North. They said they shipped them, USPS says they did not receive them. While they are pointing their fingers at each other I'm out my $ and my samples. I so wanted to experiment all week. :(

oooohhhh! The internet is supposed to make things easier but sometimes you gotta wonder. My christmas was delayed to but should be here this week. First the web owner then ups... but tracking santa and it says tomorrow now! Hope you get yours soon.

Sorry to hear it, Chay. Technically, the shipper is responsible to PROVE that they delivered the merchandise to you. Your signature would be the only thing that proves it, so unless they told UPS to obtain your signature and UPS did actually do it, Bittercreek's still on the hook. Good luck!!

The key word here is they shipped it USPS not UPS. No signature needed and usually there is no tracking number.

If you paid by credit card or debit card, tell the credit card company you never got the merchandise and you want to stop the payment. When ebay sellers ship something and a buyer pays by paypal, it's the seller who must prove shipping. If they can't prove they shipped it and the buyer states they never received the item, the buyer wins.
