Hi all! New to the forum and fairly new to soaping. Just wanted to spread the word, unless someone has had bad dealings with this company. They have lye on sale for $1.99/2lb bottle.

Welcome to SMF I like their lye too. That's a really good sale. I'm running low with a lot of oils left to use up before I move, I should get some.

Essential Depot is my usual supplier. Their regular price is the lowest I've found. I did notice once when they had a sale that the shipping charge was higher on the same amount of product making the sale worthless. It seemed like they were making up on shipping what they were discounting on the product. Still the best price though consistent packaging and quick shipping.
