Chalmogra EO-ever used it?

Has anyone ever used this EO? I am sooo curious and very intrigued by the description at NDA. I don't like buying anything there under 16 oz, because it's such a better deal to buy at that size or larger, but I know squat about using it in cold process and am finding next to nothing online about soaping it.
