Castile soap. cure time

When I say castile soao, I am referencing 100% olive oil soap with maybe an essential added. I was watching a video yesterday from LA fille DE LA mer. I think I remember her saying she cures it for 12 months.

Seems like a long time. anyone else cure this long?


On a side note. I was surprised by how much melt and pour she does.
 
Yes, that was the point.
(Longer is nicer, and both castille and salt bars require a long cure.)

@Carl Castille turns to mush if it's not cured long enough.

Her melt and pour is interesting ... I like her molds ;)
