Between Castile body wash and surfactants body wash which one is the best and which is more cheaper to make?

Which one is the best depends on what you're looking for it to do.
Which is cheaper to make will depend on your ingredients and if you count your time. For example, the surfactant based body wash will be more expensive with ingredients, but take you less time (probably half an hour). Castile body wash may take several hours, depending on how much you need to tinker with it.
