I like the following:
Nature's Garden, Lonestar Candle Supply, Candles and Supplies, Aztec, Candle Science.

There are many more, but those are my favorites.

I don’t have an answer for you, but I’m betting Candle Science would be a very expensive option after shipping. I would try to find a more local company instead of paying for overseas shipping.
