Can menthol crystal be dissolved by EOs?

Been wanting to make a batch of a shower steamer with menthol. I only have access to 75% alcohol at the moment which will make my bath bombs/shower steamers expand.
I read somwhere you can dissolve menthol in essential oil, which made me think maybe I can just dissolve it with some mint EO?

Yes, I have dissolved my menthol crystals in EOs before. It takes a bit longer than dissolving with alcohol, so plan ahead. If you can measure out your EO and menthol crystals into a container with a lid that allows you to swirl/shake it around a bit every so often, that does speed things along.

Yes, it can and, if needed, a little heat (a few seconds in the microwave) helps it dissolve more quickly.
