How do they sell the oils by the pound ? Confused

If you go to their website it's in oz on there. 1lb (pound) is 16oz, 1oz is about 28g. I've done this math way too much! Both lbs and oz are used to measure weight.
Cause America uses special measurements.

They may be emphasizing the price per pound in the info @AliOop posted, but the available quantities of EOs are mostly for bulk sales. The patchouli is $825.99 for 11 lbs. The smallest size of Lavender eo is 15 oz for $39.99.
