Just wondering, I ordered some Lavender EO and cacoabutter from them, after reading overhere, there are pretty good.I came across a site yesterday that was called scent review and they reviewd all kinds of companies including them...they got really bad reviews !!!! For their oils and costumer service etc....what do you think...???

I have ordered from Camden Grey for years without a problem. The best way to test their products is to order the smallest size of the item you want. This way you won't be stuck with a lot of something you don't like. I usually order in volume to get a break on the shipping.

overall...I do find the shipping pretty long 9 days, from Florida to Illinois???

It generally takes a couple of days before shipping, but I usually get it (I'm in Louisiana) in about a week. I bought fragrance and essential oils and some other stuff and haven't had a problem. I've been using her Frankincense, Myrrh and Sandalwood fragrance oils (seperate, not one) for blends and they work out great.

There was a customer who had a bad experience a few years back and posted negative reviews all over the internet so if you search CG and customer service, that's what comes up first. I don't think that it's representative. I have ordered from them several times with no problems and the quality of all items was excellent. Their prices are very good. They aren't the fastest but they state up front on their web site what their fulfillment turnaround time is so there are no surprises.

Once I didn't get a shipping notification. I don't think it was their fault but it was UPS. When I contacted them, they tracked down the notification. I got an email a few days later that followed up to make sure my package had arrived.

I have ordered mostly EOs, butters, some colorants, citric acid, and a few FOs.

They also have a customer loyalty program that saves you a little towards future purchases; around 5%
