@paradisi they use more wax than i do, but they do use only 20% Mg so i will reduce ti that. I will add in the arrowroot this time.
Realize that that recipe is by Koster Keunen, who make and sell waxes. I hadn't noticed that when I linked it; it was just the first one in the Happi list.
Koster Keunen may give higher levels than you necessarily need. Try peeking at other deo formulations there, too.

I have followed this thread and I was wondering what about using Tapioca starch instead of arrowroot? Would there be any difference? Did anyone tried it? I would like to give it a try this weekend, but not sure which one would be a better alternative.
Is there any alternative to barbassu oil that would not stain clothes so much?

I have arrowroot and i don’t want to buy another product, but i have read some recipes have tapioca starch. I will let someone else chime in on that.

I know @AliOop uses coconut oil i believe. I have been using babassu because it doesn’t stain clothing. I am wondering about changing to coconut oil as AliOop doesn’t seem to have an issue with it. But my jury is still out on that 😁.

I've used both arrowroot and tapioca starch; they were pretty interchangeable for me. I have also used CO, and haven't had it stain my clothes at all. Neither did babassu, but it's more expensive than CO so I switched back.
