Brambleberry Amber

I ordered some Amber fragrance from Brambleberry, and when I opened the bottle, it was all grainy and almost solid. Is that normal? Do I need to warm it to a liquid before adding it to soap then? I've never used Amber before so unsure what to do with it. Thanks.

Try putting the bottle in the sink and run some warm water over it.

Sounds like it froze a bit during shipping. There was apost about the and how to deal with it on the Soap Queen Blog a while ago. Wish I could tell you when :? . I agree with soapbuddy, running it under warm water should do the trick.
