Best "Spice" FOs

I have a few blends in the works that will require a "spice" scent. Some require a Mexican or Spanish spice, some require a Caribbean or Jamaican spice and some require a general kitchen spice. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated

Saffron, Cinnamon or paprika come to mind.

I really like Saffron & Spice and Thieves from Moonworks. I'd been searching for spicy scents and both are wonderful. Thieves makes me think of the scent from a spice cabinet. However, it's out of stock right now.

Saffron wasn't yellow enough to my liking. Unrefined palm oil would have probably worked better for the color.
Cinnamon ended up being too scratchy
Paprika was nice for color. I infused it in olive oil, then strained it.
