I made some mondo bath bombs tonight and 2 of the batches look like they have warts all over them. Has anyone ever experienced this before? If so, what did I do wrong?

I did use some witch hazel in a spray bottle. I live in the pacific northwest, it wasn't raining when I made them but has been raining the last couple of weeks.

It's most likely the humidity in the air. Can you wait til the humidity goes down?

I live in the Pacific Northwest too, on the Canada side of the border, and with the humidity of fall/winter coming in this is a huge challenge. I would recommend seeing if you can get it to stick together using less witch hazel.....

or only use the oil for sticking the stuff together. that is what i did and i have had much better luck.

I tried again this morning using no witch hazel and it would not work without it, they turned out a little smoother so I guess I will have to watch it very closely. Thanks for all the help everyone :)
