I think the recipe sounds lovely and if you remember, please post back to tell us what you and your family think of the soap. You might want to consider cutting a bar in several pieces so you can try the soap at different time intervals like 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, etc. You might find this recipe doesn't need as long of a cure since you lowered the olive a little and added mango.

DeeAnna is right. You can add more oil if you reduce the water. There is a discussion about how to calculate oils for a mold which you might find helpful.
